This build is great for those who aren't quite ready to bomb jump with bomb king and just want to blow shit up but if you can bomb jump the better cause grumpy bomb has a slight activate explode time being in air to throw the bomb will make sure you hit something
PS. Mad bomer can be replaced with air blast for the bomb king bomb jumpers
