ONLY USE IF YOU'RE DOUBLE-TANKING WITH A FERNANDO OR WITH A DEFENSIVE TANK. Fernando is a defensive tank, so Inara can take part in the attack.
With this Loadout, your reload speed will be around 0,6 seconds (0,663) and you can deal a maximum of 1350 damage every 1,3 seconds, if you hit all the shots, your maximum damage is 1550. This means that the Loadout we created there gave us 2x more damage than Inara's initial damage (675 -> 1350 without Legendary). You can extend a little more damage by activating Earthen Guard when you need ammo!
