BULK UP is Best option for Buck everytime bcs that LC works well with "Stomping Ground IV" , "Reconstruction III" and "Rapid Sustain"
plus it gives us instant heal and maximum health.
"Street Sweeper IV" why? because reload speed is important for buck bcs you have to reload when u are fighting or leaping or healing so why to waste your money for Deft Hands its awful never buy this on any champion ! cauterize is best option and wrecker too..
