Lex The Hand of Justice

The Outer Tribunal is made up of merciless, oathbound judges, with none more dedicated than Lex. His partner, Androxus, traversed the outskirts of the Realm with him, tracking down infamous criminals and battling all manner of horrors on behalf of the Magistrate and its people. During an Outer Tribunal mission, the pair were offered a deal that could lend them power. Lex stood fast, but Androxus succame to its influence. Watching his partner abandoned their duties and rise to the top of the Outer Tribunal target list, Lex took up his former partner's weapon to honor the oath they took. Vowing to right this wrong and one day take his former friend in: dead or alive.

<b>Magnums</b><br>Dual automatic Magnums that deal 320 damage every 0.25s. These Magnums have a maximum Ammo count of 12 and are fully effective up to 60 units.

<b>In Pursuit</b><br>Begin rapidly firing your Magnums at the nearest enemy with perfect aim, dealing 960 damage over 1.4s. Acts as a weapon shot. Effective up to 200 units.

<b>Retribution</b><br>Activate Retribution to randomly select a new Retribution target.<br><br><b>Passive - Bounty</b><br>You have a Retribution target who is Revealed through walls when within 120 units. Killing your Retribution target grants 30 Credits and 15 additional Credits for each kill in your target's current Killstreak. You get half credits for an Elimination on your target that is not a Killing Blow.

<b>Combat Slide</b><br>Quickly slide forward, retaining the ability to fire your weapons while sliding. This ability has a range of 40 units.

<b>The Law</b><br>Release an infallible surge of Judgement, destroying Shields, Executing enemies at or below 65% Health, and resetting the Cooldown of In Pursuit. Deals 600 damage to enemies above 65% Health. Has a range of 120 units.
